Senior Sales Advisor – Luxury Interiors

Simon Acres Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading specialist in luxury natural stone and porcelain flooring, who are seeking a Senior Showroom Sales Advisor to join their dynamic team.

As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the showroom by collaborating closely with the showroom manager and supporting the wider team. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who thrives in a customer-focused sales environment, with the ability to lead by example. This role requires excellent organisation, proactive problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail to ensure every customer interaction is seamless and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
  • Guide and support the showroom team, assisting with training and development to maintain high performance standards.
  • Engage confidently with customers via phone, email, and in person, showcasing clear and professional communication across all platforms.
  • Provide expert technical and design advice, ensuring customers make informed decisions while addressing any queries or concerns.
  • Lead on key customer accounts and high-value sales, ensuring exceptional client relationship management.
  • Handle escalated queries or issues, resolving them efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the showroom manager to implement sales strategies and meet showroom targets.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls effectively.
  • Create detailed quotations, process payments, and coordinate deliveries with precision.
  • Offer tailored advice on product suitability, sizing, and pricing with a focus on interiors.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, logging client information and daily activities.
  • Oversee the coordination of sample dispatches and follow up on customer feedback.
  • Welcome customers in the showroom with a professional and personable approach.
  • Ensure the showroom maintains a clean, organised, and welcoming environment at all times.
  • Confirm appointments with customers and ensure they receive a premium experience during their visit.

Skills Required:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the luxury goods or interiors sector.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team while delivering exceptional individual results.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated and energetic, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
