Site Agent - Major Highways Project (Wisley, Surrey)
Location: Wisley, Surrey
Rate: (Apply online only) per day (Inside IR35)
Contract: 6 months (Freelance)

We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a major highways infrastructure project in Wisley, Surrey. This is a freelance opportunity offering a competitive daily rate of 500 (inside IR35) for an initial 6-month contract.
You will play a key role in delivering critical highway works, including S278 works, roundabout construction, and major project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in highway infrastructure, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of leading site teams effectively.

  Oversee highways and infrastructure works, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery.
• 
  Manage site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• 
  Coordinate S278 works, roundabout construction, and associated major highway projects.
• 
  Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, local authorities, and third parties.
• 
  Lead and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• 
  Monitor progress, budgets, and project timelines, reporting to senior management.
• 
  Ensure all works adhere to health & safety, environmental, and quality standards.

• 
  Extensive highways experience, including major roadworks.
• 
  Strong knowledge of S278 agreements, roundabouts, and major projects.
• 
  Proven experience in stakeholder management and liaison with local authorities.
• 
  CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications preferred.
• 
  Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• 
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
