Construction Project Manager
Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Construction Project Manager in London to effectively deliver large-scale refurbishment projects
Hourly rate: £35.00 (umbrella)
Duration:3 months initially (works guaranteed for 2 years)
Hours: 08:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday
Location:London
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Taking responsibility for projects, ensuring they are delivered in line with budgets and timelines

Providing management reports and forecasting expenditure

Liaising with internal / external stakeholders as well as, various departments including clinical and finance

Completing procurement exercises, raising Purchase Orders, processing Invoices and being accountable for reporting capital spend

Providing technical advice to staff and attending design reviews
The successful candidate will have:

Previous experiencemanaging large scale construction projects at varying stages is essential

Public Sector / Healthcare experience is ideal
