- Managing a team of 3 to 4 Design Engineers
- Managing the activities of all engineering projects
- Maintain a detailed project plan including assigning tasks, responsibilities, updating milestones and providing progress reports
- Identifying and managing risks, communicating early warnings and facilitating resolution meetings
- Continually communicate with department heads, following up on actions and providing support where necessary
- Contacting customers to provide progress reports and communicate any delays
- Engineering or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Mechanical engineer knowledge
