Caralex Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-known property developer. They are a FTSE 250 construction business operating national wide and require an experienced professional to join them on a permanent basis offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Have excellent knowledge and experience of Quantity Surveying.
- Be able to manage multiple projects and workloads efficiently.
- Be numerate, articulate and accurate when dealing with suppliers, sub-contractors and contracts.
- Have excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Understand the principles, practices and techniques of tendering and negotiation.
- Have the ability to read and interpret building plans.
