As a Learning & Development Manager, you will be leading the hotel into excellence through both online & classroom style training, as well as outsourcing training where necessary.
To be a successful candidate, you should have experience working within a hotel environment as a Learning & Development professional or have similar experience within hospitality. You will also need access to a car as public transport is not ideal for commuting to this oasis.
