- Liaise with local authorities and the business development team to ensure accurate contact details and invoicing arrangements.
- Monitor and manage outstanding debt, aiming to minimise debts exceeding 30-day payment terms.
- Issue invoices accurately and promptly according to agreed timeframes (termly, monthly, ad hoc) using various communication methods.
- Arrange refunds, credits, and adjustments as required, including recalculating fees due to placement changes.
- Prepare and maintain the annual finance master file spreadsheet for billing purposes.
- Run monthly sales ledger close on NetSuite and generate reports for senior management, providing fee-related data and income forecasts.
- Ensure debt figures are accurate and up-to-date by allocating fee receipts, managing monthly debt data for senior management reports, and handling complaints.
- Have a good understanding of the purchase ledger side to help provide cover during people's absence.
