Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? I'm recruiting for a Client Services Associate role with a leading global investment firm, based in Kingswood, Surrey. About the Role
- Provide first-line support to customers and Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) via phone, email, and correspondence.
- Handle queries about investment products and guide customers on tools and resources to empower self-service.
- Resolve issues efficiently, escalating potential risks or vulnerable customer situations when needed.
- Comprehensive 12-week training program provided, with a clear career progression path.
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in a corporate environment.
- Strong telephone communication skills and a passion for helping people.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
