One of our clients are currently looking for an experienced 'Customer Service Agent' to work out of there head office in Leatherhead.
You will be working for one of the leading property maintenance and installation organisations which specialise in the servicing and maintenance of gas central heating and water services to several clients.
You will be responsible for answering calls and advising tenants and residents on the works that are due to be carried out, and to help book appointments when necessary, as well as answering queries raised and passing through calls to the business as required.
Previous customer service expereince is desired.
