FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider in the utilities industry for a Quality Assurance Data Administrator to strengthen and support their team.Location: Surrey, Southeast England (office-based role)Benefits

Quality Assurance Data Administrator responsibilities:

Support in all areas of Data Management and Administration for the office and field-based staff.
Report directly to the Handover Manager and be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data.
Maintain comprehensive records of all project handover activities to fulfil client requirements.
Liaise with colleagues as required to communicate any updates.
Communicate any missing information or identified issues to the appropriate parties.
Collect data with a strong focus on safeguarding data security and individual privacy.
Ensure compliance with data quality standards and regulations to support data audits.
Ad hoc Administration based tasks as required.

Quality Assurance Data Administrator requirements: Essential:

Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:

Prior construction experience is beneficial but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
