Our client is a well-established, friendly dental practice and they are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join their team.
- Based in Leatherhead
- £13.50 - £14 per hour / £26,149 - £27,118 (DOE)
- Monday – Friday, 37.25 hours per week

Job Description:
- Meet and greet clients, welcoming them into the practice.
- Liaising with clients on the phone, providing excellent customer service.
- Extensive diary management, scheduling appointments.
- Taking and processing payments.
- Assisting with the social media and marketing of the practice.
- Help maintain a clean and organised environment.
Person Specification:
- Similar experience in a similar role.
- Professional and well-presented.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good telephone manner.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Organised with a high attention to detail.
Schedule:
- Monday 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Tuesday 8am – 1pm
- Wednesday 9am – 5:30pm
- Thursday 8:45am – 4:30pm
- Friday 8:30am – 3pm
