Contracts Manager

Location: London and surrounding

£35,000 - £40,000 plus company car, fuel card, bonus scheme, laptop, pension and 28 days holiday inclusive of statutory days

We are one of the leading providers of quality water treatment services and provide all stages of water treatment process from pre-commissioning cleaning, to water sampling and analysis to tank remedials and validations.

Due to planned growth, we are now looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Overseeing a portfolio of Maintenance contracts, delivering all aspects of contract management from setting up and monitoring PPM works, quoting and organisation of extra works, overseeing subcontractors and maintaining service delivery.
  • Supporting the office with managing site schedules - assisting with booking in works & raising jobs.
  • Maintaining client relations by attending progress meetings and site visits when required.
  • Ensuring all work are carried out to a high standard and compliant company H&S guidelines including reviewing engineers paperwork and acting on any recommendations that may arise.
  • Assisting Operations Manager with staff and delegating work and responsibilities to the team.
  • Writing and reviewing RAMs
  • Surveying and estimating of jobs, through to completion and raising quotes
  • When needed helping outwith water treatment / hygiene works

To apply you MUST have or hold:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ideally based within a commutable distance of Surrey
  • A minimum of 4 years experiencewithin Water Hygiene
  • Closed system experience would be a distinct advantage
  • Able to pass an enhanced DBS
