The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective SEO and PPC strategies for diverse client portfolio.

This role requires an understanding of both organic and paid search strategies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.

As a SEO & PPC Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising search engine marketing campaigns across various industries. You’ll work closely with the content, development, design, and account management teams to develop high-performing strategies that drive traffic, conversions, and business growth for clients

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to enhance organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic.

- Manage, monitor, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to inform campaign strategies.

- Analyse website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.

- Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-optimised content strategies.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging best practices.

- Manage budgets efficiently to maximise ROI on paid advertising campaigns.

- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.

- Test and implement new strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.

- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth. Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in managing both SEO and PPC campaigns across various industries.

- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and digital advertising best practices.

- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and social media ad platforms.

- Experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and landing page optimisation.

- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Strong project management and organisational skills.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in SEO and PPC management within a digital marketing agency.

- Proven track record of successfully managing SEO and PPC campaigns with measurable results.

- Expertise with SEO tools (e. g. , SEMrush) and PPC platforms (e. g. , Google Ads, Bing Ads).

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent understanding of current SEO and PPC trends, algorithms, and best practices.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
