What you'll do:
- Engage with children: Create a warm, nurturing atmosphere where children feel safe and valued.
- Implement routines: Develop and follow daily schedules and educational programmes that support child development.
- Monitor progress: Observe and support each child's development, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Maintain the environment: Keep the nursery clean, safe, and inviting for children.
- Team collaboration: Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to continually improve your skills and knowledge.
What we're looking for:
- Qualifications: Relevant childcare qualifications are required for qualified positions.
- Experience: Previous experience in a childcare setting is preferred but not essential.
- Passion: A genuine love for working with children and providing high-quality care.
- Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Team player: Ability to work well within a team and maintain a professional attitude.
