Teaching Assistant - Spelthorne
We are partnering with a vibrant primary school in Speltorne that is looking for a Teaching Assistant to supporting across class in KS1 and KS2. The school is keen to engage graduates looking to expand their experience in education; graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities for a Teaching Assistant:
- Continuously reflect on and improve your practice as a Teaching Assistant
- Provide classroom, 1:1 and small group support for pupils including those with SEND
- Work collaboratively, contributing positively to the school team
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Observe and assess children's progress, offering valuable feedback to teachers and parents
- Offer constructive feedback to pupils on their progress and achievements
For this role, you will have:
- Previous experience working within a primary school
- Experience working with children, with a reference to support it
- An enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
- The ability to commute to Hounslow or live locally
Pay Rate: £84 - £95 per day (PAYE), depending on experience.
