You will be responsible in leading the care/nursing team ensuring that a safe, effective, and efficient care service is maintained which meets the needs of all residents.To be considered for this great opportunity, you will have the following skills and experience as outlined below.

  • Experience within a similar role, or managing a team.
  • Active nursing pin (RMN RGN ).
  • Leads with compassion, kindness, and champions the very best care of residents.
  • Experienced in developing care plans and auditing.
  • Proven experience supervising and supporting Care staff.
  • Communicate professionally with visitors including family and friends.

  • Exceptional listening skills, with compassion and empathy.
