Salary: £220-£240/day CIS/LTD or £167.35 -£182.57 PAYE

Location: Surrey and West Sussex

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Electrician to work on behalf of a social housing provider managing 1,700 homes in Surrey and West Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on varied and impactful responsibilities in domestic, social housing, and commercial environments.

• Conduct inspection and testing for condition reports on electrical installations.
• Fault finding, consumer unit (CCU) upgrades, partial rewires, and reactive maintenance.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems to meet BS 7671 standards.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently and safely.
• Use field management software to complete documentation accurately.

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Installation (or equivalent).
• BS 7671 Wiring Regulations (18th Edition).
• Level 3 Inspection and Testing (2391 or equivalent).
• ECS Gold Card.
• SSSTS qualification (preferred but not essential).

• Proven expertise in domestic, social housing, and commercial electrical work.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe working practices.
• Proficiency in diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical documentation and on-site guidance notes.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

• Competitive day rate of £220-£240.
