Sonic Summary

A leading electronics manufacturer in the instrumentation sector is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to join their R&D team in South West London/Surrey.
The position offers a salary range of £60,000 to £75,000 per annum and requires a degree in Electronics or a relevant discipline.
Key responsibilities include developing, designing, and testing PCBs and electronics modules, as well as creating design documentation and supporting manufacturing teams.
Candidates should have experience in PCB design and layout, analogue and digital circuit design, and hardware debugging/validation.
Additional skills in FPGA design, VHDL, and embedded programming are desirable but not mandatory.

Senior Electronics Engineer – South West London/Surrey - £60,000 - £75,000 paA leading electronics manufacturer specialising in the instrumentation sector, are you looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer to join their R&D team after continued success and natural growth this year.Responsibilities:

Develop, design & test PCBs and electronics modules
Deign analogue & digital circuits and select suitable components based on product requirements
Create proper design documentation, test plans, BOMs etc.
Support manufacturing & production team with testing & fault finding

Key Skills/Experience:

Degree in Electronics or another relevant discipline
PCB Design & Layout (Altium preferred)
Analogue and digital circuit design
Hardware debugging/validation
Good knowledge of key design principles across analogue, digital, embedded & power electronics
Good analytical/problem solving skills

Any mix of the following is also nice to have:

FPGA design & simulation
VHDL
Embedded C/C++
Microcontrollers & Peripherals
