LHH is currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client's team on a 12 month contract basis to help them through an exciting period of change. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to drive innovative solutions that enhance employee engagement and leadership capability. As a key member of the HR team, you will provide proactive, generalist support to leaders across the organisation and work closely with line managers to build their people capabilities, manage talent and foster an engaged and motivated workforce.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead various projects aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities and addressing broader business challenges such as improving employee engagement, diversity & inclusion initiatives and reducing absence and turnover.
  • Assist leaders in embedding the annual performance cycle while upskilling them to facilitate regular people conversations.
  • Conduct check-ins with leaders to identify and nurture talent while creating robust attraction and succession plans.
  • Coach leaders to tackle engagement challenges, providing education on best practices and internal communications initiatives that foster a positive culture.
  • Collaborate with leaders to promote the diversity and inclusion agenda and develop action plans.
  • Analyse relevant management information to identify trends and provide valuable insights.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a HR Business Partner role, advising management on complex HR issues.
  • A history of building strong relationships with leaders and providing thoughtful solutions to their challenges.
  • A collaborative mindset to work with the HR team and deliver impactful solutions.
  • The ability to coach, challenge, and influence leaders effectively.
  • Experience in leading projects and driving process improvements end-to-end.
  • Proficiency in working with people data to derive valuable insights.
  • Flexibility in adapting to the changing needs of the business.
