THE COMPANY

This independent, boutique events agency produces and delivers a range of perfectly tailored, stand out experience around the world - from global conferences and private client events to intimate meetings and elaborate parties. Due to their on-going success, they have established a long-standing client base with various corporates, charities and private clients and are now looking to expand the team in order to ensure they can continue to successfully deliver outstanding events for their clients!

THE ROLE

They are now looking for a Senior Delegate Manager to join their team, who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of global corporate events by managing the delegate experience from registration to post-event follow up.

A broad role, duties will include:

  • Overseeing the end-to-end delegate management process for corporate events, including registration, accommodation, travel, and on-site coordination.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their specific needs and expectations are met.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate logistics, event materials, and communication strategies.
  • Implementing and utilising delegate management software/tools for efficient registration and tracking.
  • Managing the assistant delegate manager and, together, ensure that relevant team members are sufficiently able to use the delegate management systems.
  • Analysing and reporting on delegate data to enhance future event planning and execution.
  • Staying current on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the delegate experience.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have solid experience in delegate management, ideally from within an event agency environment. You will be technically savvy and have experience managing registration platforms and apps. Additionally, you will be a client facing individual who is confident with communicating with clients and peers alike to ensure seamless event delivery!
