As a senior role within the agency you'll be leading your own event projects from a production standpoint. This is a broad role where no two days will be the same, but here’s a general overview of responsibilities:
- Working with in house creatives to come up with the overarching creative / production solution
- Specifying all areas of bespoke build, sound, lighting, projection etc
- Liaising with and managing specialist production suppliers
- Liaising with internal teams (specifically creative and project management)
- Site visits
- Budget management
- On site management
- Health & safety / RAMS
- Team managementÂ
The Candidate
We’re looking for an established Senior Production Manager or Junior Production Director who has experience delivering experiential or exhibition events within a production / build agency.
