Executive Assistant to Head Teacher

£40000-£47000 per annum

30 days holiday + 3 days over Christmas + bank holidays

up to 10% pension contribution

About Us: We have a very opportunity to an EA/PA to join our vibrant and dynamic educational institution dedicated to fostering a supportive and inspiring learning environment. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Head Teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head Teacher
• Manage the Head Teacher's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
• Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations
• Assist with special projects and school events
• Liaise with staff, parents, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Head Teacher
• Maintain confidentiality and act with discretion

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
• Discretion and confidentiality are essential
