The key duties of this Finance Business Partner role are as follows:

  • Partner with senior leaders to provide financial insights, challenge assumptions, and drive sound decision-making, ensuring financial sustainability and value for money.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, translating complex financial data into actionable strategies that support organisational priorities.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of business operations to anticipate financial challenges and opportunities, proactively advising stakeholders on financial best practices.
  • Act as a trusted financial advisor, ensuring that business cases, spending reviews, and investment decisions are robust, data-driven, and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Embed financial awareness across operational teams, equipping non-finance staff with the knowledge and tools needed for effective financial management.
