We are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a leading charity on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will come with at least a years experience of Finance Business Partnering.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide customer focused partnering services to assigned business areas
- Prepare robust budgets and forecasts accurately and on time
- Ensure consolidated data is accurate and easy to review
- Ensure the budget can be reviewed and approved to planned time frames
- Analyse planning data to highlight variances, trends and risks
- Provide detailed variances and commentary for allocated stakeholders
- Support stakeholders' decision making on actions to be taken
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts and long term strategic plans
- Ensure ongoing support and improvements of reporting techniques and systems
- Coordinate finance training for budgeting, reporting, purchase orders and processes
- Provide financial project management and reporting as required
Required:
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-look ups & sumifs minimum)
- Outstanding business partnering and customer service skills
- Part qualified
