- Lead strategic financial planning and forecasting
- Manage budgeting and risk assessment processes
- Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Managing client relationships and pitching partnership benefits
- Manage month-end and year end processes
- Collaborate with other department heads to align financial plans
- Drive continuous improvement in financial procedures and controls
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) would be a bonus
- Proven experience in strategic financial planning and risk management
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Xero software and MS Office
