FP&A Manager

Role : FP&A Manager

Location: Surrey

Working pattern: Hybrid

Salary: £70k-£85k

We are partnered with an Alternative Finance provider who are looking for a FP&A Manager to join their UK team. In this role the successful candidate will provide financial analysis and planning, including but not limited to, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the business and its internal and external stakeholders.

You will:

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
• Prepare analysis that will support investment decisions relating to acquisitions and capital investment.
• Asses the financial viability of new products and pricing changes.
• Build, develop and maintain robust financial modelling.
• Incorporate best practice and governance, to support financial analysis.
• Perform analysis of data and trends on key operational and financial metrics, to support both internal and external reporting to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with finance and the wider business to provide valuable insights.
• Partner with business leaders across teams to build and develop strong business relationships.

You will need:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA).
• Strong knowledge of forecasting models and data analysis.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a FP&A analyst or similar role.
• Ability to handle and manipulate large volumes of data and extract information.
• Data and analytics skills including excel.
