REMOTE (Surrey/Scotland)
My client, a forward-thinking and organically growing national IFA firm with whom I’ve had the pleasure of working with for several years, is offering an exceptional opportunity to join their expanding team.
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in financial services administration to take on the role of Client Data Migration Administrator for a 6-month contract. This position offers a salary of up to £40,000 (pro rata) and flexible working arrangements, including remote options, are available, though occasional travel to the Surrey - Scotland office will be required.
This role is ideal for a driven professional eager to be part of a growing organisation and play a pivotal role in the successful transition of clients between offices in Scotland and Surrey.
We are currently recruiting for a role focused on data migration to support our client, who has recently brought on a couple of new Advisers transferring their client banks. Initially, you will be supporting two highly experienced Advisers, but there are additional Advisers joining the team in the near future. As a result, there is a strong possibility that this role will transition into a permanent position at the end of the 6-month contract.
Responsibilities include working closely with lawyers and regulators, issuing new Terms of Business (TOBs), changing agency codes with various providers, and monitoring every stage of the project to ensure no income disruptions. Careful project management, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple clients will be crucial for success.
You will collaborate with advisors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions, maintain compliance with FCA guidelines, resolve discrepancies, and monitor project timelines.
We are looking for a highly organised individual with a background in financial services, wealth management, or IFA administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a proactive approach, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in financial administration tools is essential.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on a critical business project and gain valuable experience in a dynamic IFA environment.
If you’re excited about this opportunity, please send your CV to Joanna Clark at Financial Divisions.
