A great college in the Surrey area are urgently seeking an experienced AAT Lecturer. The successful candidate will be required to deliver up to Level 3 AAT courses. This role is ideal for candidates who are available to start immediately and can commit to the specified working hours.

Day-to-day of the role of an AAT Lecturer:
  • Deliver engaging and effective AAT courses up to Level 3 to a diverse group of students.
  • Prepare lesson plans and materials, ensuring alignment with curriculum requirements.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum.
Required Skills & Qualifications AAT Lecturer :
  • Proven experience as an AAT Lecturer or similar teaching role.
  • Strong understanding of AAT curriculum and assessment requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Relevant teaching qualification is preferred.
