We are seeking a Consultant in Paediatric Neurodisability to join our esteemed medical team at a leading charity for children with brain injury. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a centre renowned for its care of children and young people with brain injuries and complex Neurodisability. The successful candidate will be a natural leader, eager to support and enhance a high-performing team in an environment that is committed to the highest clinical and quality standards.
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide expert care and support to children and young people with brain injuries and complex neurodisability.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored treatment plans.
- Engage in continuous professional development activities and contribute to the charity’s research initiatives.
- Support the Medical Director and contribute to the strategic development of the medical department.
- Ensure the delivery of outstanding care in line with the standards set by the Care Quality Commission.
- Utilise state-of-the-art facilities, including robotic technology and virtual reality, to enhance patient outcomes.
- Recognised medical qualification with a specialisation in paediatric Neurodisability or a related field.
- Registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team.
