We are working alongside a vibrant and well-established secondary school in Surrey who are seeking a dedicated and motivated Cover Supervisor to join them in January 2025. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage classes in the absence of the class teacher
  • Provide assistance to students in completing tasks and activities
  • Ensure good behaviour and maintain classroom discipline
  • Support students' learning, ensuring they remain engaged with the lesson
  • Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to the overall school community

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people in a school setting is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage behaviour
  • A proactive and adaptable approach
  • Right to work in the UK (essential)
