We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Field Operations Support to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers in the housing and construction sector ensuring their needs are met and their inquiries are resolved efficiently.

Duties

To be responsible for day-to-day managing and coordinating the relevant works orders from start to finish including:

  • Submitting quotes and VOs and arranging all site visits (incl. surveys, joint visits with subbies, OT and / or surveyors) and communication with clients and residents and scheduling of in-house resources and subbies
  • Arranging snagging appointments and monitoring daily PDA usage materials procurement incl. TP trade cards, credit card use, POs for subbies and agency staff.
  • To produce Application for Payments / DFAs/ Invoices for all the relevant works based on operatives timesheets , SORs, materials and subbies POs, VOs and quoted works (electric certificates and invoicing sheet to be forwarded onto Accounts).
  • To assists FOMs in managing recruitment process for newly required resources including dealing with recruitment agencies, conduct interviews and complying with the company's HR, Transport and IT requirements such as: new starters and leavers documentation, IT and Vehicle request forms, vehicle post inspections, etc.
  • To be responsible for keeping up to date related reports (incl. upload onto Oneserve) such as CDM, Asbestos, Pre-start/Work in Progress/Post-inspection as well as Near Miss reports

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English is essential
  • NVQ in customer service and Business Administration is desirable
  • GSCE is essential
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer feedback and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
  • Experience in data entry with attention to detail is required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
