Multi Trader with plumbing as a primary trade
36,000 plus, depending on experience + Company Van

We are an insurance works specialist company and due to continued expansion, we urgently require experienced Multi Traders with plumbing as a primary trade.
The successful applicants will join this growing business which provides quality reinstatement works in domestic houses for large insurance companies. Trustworthiness, integrity, maturity, and attention to detail are key.
Multi traders must have qualification in plumbing with good level of experience in some of the areas below.
- Bathroom fitting
- General maintenance
- Tiling
- Decoration
- Flooring
- Carpentry (general)
- Plastering
Advantageous but not essential
- Roofing
- Brick works.
- Kitchen fitting
- Gas registered.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience working on-site in domestic properties.
- Client facing, ability to interact with property owners, discuss issues or concerns they may have.
- Qualified by experience OR trained tradesperson (City & Guilds etc.)
- Organised, clean worker, able to produce excellent quality work in occupied or unoccupied residential properties.
- This is a manual job, so a good level of fitness is required.
- Team player but also able work independently
- Full clean driving licence is a must.
- A can-do attitude, ability to adapt to different situations.
Company benefits / working hours.
20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Working hours 8am to 5pm Mon-Friday
