 Relocation Move Manager

Location: Hybrid work arrangement following successful probation

About the Role:

Our client, a leading provider of relocation and international moving services to multinational corporations, is seeking an experienced and proactive  Relocation Move Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of international relocation services for clients' assignees, providing them with dedicated, end to end support throughout their relocation journey.

As the single point of coordination, you'll manage everything from household goods shipments to accommodation, school search services, language and culture training, and beyond. This role requires a strategic approach and commercial awareness to ensure high quality service and adherence to client policies and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

 Take ownership of each assignee's relocation journey, ensuring seamless coordination from start to finish.

 Prioritise and organise a diverse caseload to meet client expectations effectively.

 Conduct detailed briefing calls to establish relationships, manage expectations, and clarify relocation requirements in line with budget and policy.

 Coordinate and oversee international relocation services, maintaining regular updates with clients and assignees.

 Ensure accurate invoicing and fulfill reporting requirements.

 Cultivate indepth technical knowledge of core services to communicate confidently with stakeholders.

 Manage relationships with key partners, including household goods and Destination Service Provider (DSP) teams.

 Maintain accurate data and update operating systems in a timely and compliant manner.

 Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

 Adhere to client policies, achieving KPIs and SLAs in alignment with contracts.

What We're Looking For:

 Minimum of 3 years' experience in household goods shipments and international relocation services.

 Solid understanding of worldwide customs documentation and the household goods process.

 Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data management.

 Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate processes clearly and professionally.
