Role: Reward Specialist
Location: Surrey - Hybrid (2 days a week in the office)

Key Skills & Experience
  • Advise on salary, benefits, and well-being, aligning with statutory requirements and company philosophy.
  • Lead and deliver the Total Reward Strategy to attract and retain talent, including proposals and initiatives.
  • Maintain reward matrices, conduct job slotting, and model reward elements within the career framework.
  • Manage relationships with reward providers, ensuring timely renewals and sourcing new cost-effective, engaging benefits.
  • Oversee annual salary reviews and conduct benchmarking analyses to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Manage Short-Term Incentive programs and related plans.
  • Support recruitment by monitoring salary trends and benchmarking internal vs. external data.
