We are looking for a experience Scrum Master to join one of our Central Government clients for a project in the AWS environnment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Remove impediments and foster an environment of continuous improvement
  • Manage project backlogs and assist in sprint planning and execution
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization
  • Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders
  • Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions
  • Monitor and report on team progress, metrics, and overall project health
  • Manage risks and escalate issues when necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in government or public sector projects
  • SC Clearance
  • Experience working on high-sensitivity projects within government
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience dealing with ministers and high-level government officials
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
  • Strong leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
