Sonic Summary

An EC&I Engineer position is available in Surrey, requiring 5+ years of experience in the Gas industry.
The contract is for an initial duration of 6 months, with a pay rate of £40-45 per hour outside IR35.
The role involves working on-site in the UK or Europe for one week per month and spending two days per month in the office.
Essential skills include proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, PLC & SCADA programming using Siemens TIA Portal, and HMI design.
Candidates with experience in designing safety systems in accordance with IEC61511 will be considered favorably.

EC&I Engineer

Essential Skillset:
Experience within the Gas industry
5+ years experience with AutoCAD Electrical and EPLAN
Experience with PLC & SCADA programming using Siemens TIA Portal
HMI design experience
Can select the right electrical and control equipment for specific projects

Desirable:
Can design safety systems in accordance with IEC61511
