They are seeking a talented Graphic/Multimedia Designer to join their award-winning marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Director. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in defining and maintaining the brand’s visual identity, while working on a wide range of creative projects across print and digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:Brand & Visual Identity – Define, implement, and uphold brand design guidelines.Print Design – Create high-quality designs for press advertising, leaflets, mailers, and magazines.Digital Design – Develop engaging website graphics, email templates, and online ads.Content Creation – Design assets for social media, emails, banners, and window displays.Photo Editing – Enhance and retouch images for marketing materials.Marketing Team Support – Collaborate with in-house videographers and marketing colleagues to ensure all campaigns align with the brand vision.Essential Skills & Experience:Proven experience in graphic design for both print and digital media.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Strong photography and photo-editing skills.A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Confidence in presenting ideas and taking creative direction.Desirable Skills:A formal Graphic Design qualification.Experience working in a graphic design role within a marketing team.Familiarity with PC/Windows-based software (beneficial due to in-house equipment).What’s in It for You?Join a dynamic, award-winning marketing team within a leading estate agency.Work on a wide variety of creative projects across print, digital, and multimedia.Enjoy a competitive salary and opportunities for professional development.?
