Description
- Bring brand visuals to life across multiple channels by designing and producing a variety of digital assets, from animated social content and display ads to web banners and email graphic's crafted to engage audiences
- Beyond digital, there's also a focus on print, including flyers, posters, exhibition stand artwork, and print ads. Brochure design (both print and digital) is a key part of the mix, with regular updates to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Video content creation is another exciting element, covering website assets, social media reels, and short-form videos
- Collaboration is key, working closely with the marketing team to shape campaigns, refine imagery, and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines
- A keen eye for user-generated content so sourcing, curating, and re-purposing material to keep creative fresh and engaging
Profile
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a B2C business
- Degree/Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding
- Experience in video production including editing, and post-production
- A solid understanding of Meta and best practice display ad formats
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing and prioritising multiple briefs to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, interpreting briefs and liaising with teams to understand and deliver the best output
- Articulates ideas clearly and convincingly, with the ability to pitch concepts and participate in design-related discussions
- Possesses an eagle eye for detail, ensuring that all design is error-free and upholds the brand's high standards
