Fawkes & Reece are seeking a Handyman to join a leading FM provider responsible for maintaining the grounds of a hospital in Surrey.
The role involves small fabric repairs, basic plumbing, litter picking, basic lamping, and painting and decorating.
Candidates should ideally have experience in hospital maintenance and possess a C & G or NVQ in relevant trades such as carpentry, plumbing, or tiling.
The position offers a salary of £26,000 with a Monday to Friday work schedule from 6am to 3pm.
An annual leave package, bank holidays, and a pension are also included in the benefits.

Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for a Handyman to join a leading FM provider. You will be responsible for the grounds of a hospital in Surrey.

About the role of the Handyman:

Small fabric repairs
Basic plumbing

Basic lamping
Painting and decorating

Experience need for the role of the Handyman:

Ideally experiencing hospital maintenance
C & G or NVQ in either carpentry/joinery, wet trades, floor and wall finishes, tiling, plastering, roofing and grounds or other
