An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health & Safety Manager to join the Estates Team at The Children's Trust. The successful candidate will ensure that The Children's Trust achieves its health and safety objectives, including setting the organisational strategy for health and safety. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the lead and designated competent person for all health and safety matters.
- Overseeing the three key work streams: safe care, safe workplace (including occupational health and well-being), and safe retail and fundraising events.
- Possessing the authority to require the immediate cessation of any unsafe working practices.

- Experience working in a complex environment with a large and diverse workforce.
- Exceptional organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders.
