Champion Student Well-being: Ensure a high standard of personal care, carefully monitoring the health and wellbeing of the pupils and passing on information to relevant colleagues and other professionals with both concerns and positive changes.

Competitive Pay: Around 21000 to 23000 per annum

Requirements:

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to manage complex and challenging behaviours with patience and understanding.
Commitment to Safeguarding: You'll have a good understanding of the Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures.
