Position Overview: As the Rewards Manager, you will play a critical role in executing the global reward strategy, driven by a COE in the US. You will design competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain a diverse workforce while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and compliance with relevant legislation. Your expertise will help cultivate an engaging employee experience that drives performance and engagement.Key Responsibilities:
- Implement a comprehensive rewards strategy that aligns with the company's business goals, vision, and values.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings across all regions.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency and best practices in rewards programs across different markets.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of reward programs, making recommendations for improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Manage the annual salary review process, including salary adjustments, bonus calculations, and the communication of outcomes to employees.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation and benefits-related inquiries, providing leadership and guidance to HR partners and business leaders.
- Stay up-to-date with legislation, trends, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge in our rewards offerings.
- Partner with the US HR team on cross-border compensation issues and ensure alignment with the overall global HR strategy.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and legislation.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing reward strategies in a global context.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation software; advanced Excel skills are a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a global compensation and benefits role in a matrix environment.
- Experience working with US compensation frameworks and regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a multinational setting.
