Our client is seeking a Global People Director to enhance their people and performance journey. With a strategic mindset and hands-on leadership approach, you will contribute to the company's ambitious growth plans and shape its excellent performance culture.

Our client fully embraces the benefits of remote work, this role will be based in Surrey with occasional travel to different global teams and offices.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing a strategic people, culture and capability enhancement plan in partnership with the CEO and other senior stakeholders.
  • Supporting the management team in driving engagement and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Partnering with the talent acquisition team to ensure a high standard for talent acquisition and retention.
  • Developing a talent plan to attract and retain top talent across all areas of the business.
  • Refining performance management processes to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Building leadership and people manager capability through coaching and influencing.
  • Designing and implementing programmes to enhance employee engagement and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in change management and building culture in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience working within a global business.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to align people initiatives with overall company strategy.
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.
  • Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills.
