HR Advisor, 12-18 month FTC - Higher Education - Surrey with hybrid working - £41,600This a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a world leading organisation. You will be responsible for providing proactive and pragmatic HR advice and guidance to a specific client base. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Providing high quality advice and guidance to line managers
  • Supporting line managers with a range of complex Employee Relations issues
  • Assisting line managers with change management programmes including restructures, redundancies and Tupe
  • Contributing to the development HR policies and procedures
  • Coaching and upskilling managers and colleagues
  • Supporting and coaching an Assistant HR Advisor
  • Maintaining and improving HR operations and processes

You should be an experienced HR Advisor with a track record of managing employee relations cases from end to end in a fast paced environment. A strong knowledge of HR best practice and experience of coaching line managers needs to be combined with strong stakeholder management skills. Ideally you will have line management experience.
