JGA is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our clients team. In this pivotal role you'll be responsible for providing coaching, advice, support, and training to ensure smooth running of HR processes, policies, and services.

About the Role
As an integral part of the HR team, you’ll be responsible for providing coaching, advice, support, and training to ensure smooth running of HR processes, policies, and services. This role is all about helping us reach our organisational objectives while supporting line managers to reinforce our core values, manage risks, and achieve key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer expert guidance on HR policies and processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Support line managers in addressing HR issues, including employee relations, performance, and development.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities to build skills and capability within the team.
- Play a key role in reinforcing our organisational values, ensuring they are reflected in everyday practices.
- Help manage risks and support a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
