Role: HR Advisor
Location: Surrey - Hybrid (2 days a week in the office)

  • Opportunity to lead your own area within the business.
  • Heavy focus on ER - Grievances, Disciplinaries, Conflict Resolution, Terminations.

Key Skills & Experience
  • Provide coaching, advice, support and training to ensure that all HR policies and processes run smoothly
  • Support line managers, to ensure that key organisation objectives are assured, values are reinforced and risks are well managed.
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding processes.
  • Analyse HR data and provide reports on metrics.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives, such as wellbeing programs and diversity strategies.
