In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering a positive workplace environment, and supporting their employees and managers through varies HR processes.

- Grievance and Disciplinary Management
- Investigations
- Supporting flexible working requests
- Assisting with Recruitment
Skills/Experience
- Previous experience as a HR Advisor, supporting in employee relations
- Good note taking skills would be desirable
- Able to commute to Frimley
- Ability to start on short notice and commit to at least 3 months
