Senior HR Technology & Business Solutions Manager (DACH Region) - Surrey - Up to £80,000 + Bonus + Car

A rapidly growing organisation based in Surrey is seeking a Senior HR Technology & Business Solutions Manager to oversee HR technology initiatives across the DACH region. In this role, you will lead a small team of Business Analysts and Functional Consultants, driving the implementation of HR systems to achieve cost reductions, service improvements, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Partners to deliver strategic HR systems and business changes. Lead and develop a small team, ensuring timely completion of all people-related activities.

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, manage business cases, and ensure compliance with relevant procedures.

  • Lead the design and implementation of improved business processes and systems.

  • Oversee system testing, user acceptance, and training to ensure successful roll-outs.

  • Work with IT teams and external vendors to ensure quality and consistency in HR systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in HR technology, especially within the DACH region.
  • Experience working with systems is essential (ATS & Payroll Integrations).
  • Proven leadership and business analysis skills.
  • Experience with IT Service Delivery and Application Support.
