Senior HR Technology & Business Solutions Manager (DACH Region) - Surrey - Up to £80,000 + Bonus + Car
A rapidly growing organisation based in Surrey is seeking a Senior HR Technology & Business Solutions Manager to oversee HR technology initiatives across the DACH region. In this role, you will lead a small team of Business Analysts and Functional Consultants, driving the implementation of HR systems to achieve cost reductions, service improvements, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Business Partners to deliver strategic HR systems and business changes. Lead and develop a small team, ensuring timely completion of all people-related activities.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications, manage business cases, and ensure compliance with relevant procedures.

Lead the design and implementation of improved business processes and systems.

Oversee system testing, user acceptance, and training to ensure successful roll-outs.

Work with IT teams and external vendors to ensure quality and consistency in HR systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in HR technology, especially within the DACH region.
- Experience working with systems is essential (ATS & Payroll Integrations).
- Proven leadership and business analysis skills.
- Experience with IT Service Delivery and Application Support.
