D365FO SCM System Manager - Greater London - c£80k

Nigel Frank are representing a reputable manufacturing organisation, who are actively searching for an enthusiastic D365FO/AX Supply System Manager.

The role offers a driven consultant to take ownership over the D365FO system, with a key focus on working with directors and team leads to assess plans for the direction and future of the ERP journey.

Whilst utilising existing SCM knowledge with D365FO, this is a unique opportunity to step into a more strategic position within a growing international business.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement and maintain the D365FO system and related applications.
  • Maintain and develop the relationship with D365FO partners and assess on an ongoing basis
  • Support project members with the delivery of critical and on-going improvement projects and development
  • Troubleshooting system performance issues/ minor bug fixing.
  • Work closely with customers to provide excellent customer service and support.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Over 5 years experience working with D365FO across the Supply Chain work stream.
  • Experience successfully implementing E2E D365FO projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between IT teams and wider business
