Role: Quality Manager

Location: Crawley, West Sussex

Salary: Upto 65k + Car and Package

The Role:

You will be working with one of the nation's Tier 1 leading contractors. You will be a part of their Southern team working on a variety of Educational, Commercial and Healthcare projects mainly. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring compliance to quality standards, and will be appointed to maintain the overall assurance strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and implementing strategies for quality assurance and process optimization
  • Guaranteeing compliance with industry guidelines, legal regulations, and specific client expectations
  • Managing quality inspections and facilitating external evaluations by regulatory agencies or clients
  • Identifying process inefficiencies and partnering with teams to drive improvements

This role might be for you if you have experience or knowledge of:

  • Relevant Degree in regulated utilities, infrastructure, or the construction sector
  • Chartered Status in a relevant professional body
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management in construction
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation, including HSWA and CDM regulations.
  • NEC3/NEC4 contractual awareness
